Raspberry, Honey and Basil Mojito


Lockdown got you going loco? How about having a Tiki Party in your own lounge? Get the kids to make paper decorations, You could make tacos to share and a cocktail or mocktail for everyone? Then video call your friends or whanau and party the night away!

One of my all-time favourite drinks is this Rasberry Mojito. You can make it with Soda water or lemonade and just leave out the rum for a non-alcoholic version. This is a sure fire hit at my Tupperware parties.



3 limes, juiced

½ cup fresh basil

3 tbs honey

¼ cup pure icing sugar

1 cup frozen raspberries

½ Cup white rum

1 Litre soda water


  1. Place lime juice, basil, honey and icing sugar in the Extra Chef, with triple blade. Cover and roughly process. Add raspberries, cover and finely process.Extra Chef Tupperware
  2. Pour raspberry puree in the Bake 2 basics shake it quick. Add rum, cover and shake for 20 seconds until well combined. Alternatively, add to the EZ mix n pour jug to combine with soda water.
  3. Divide Mojito between highball tumblers or any glass you with and top with soda water. Garnish with extra raspberries.
