Recipe - Quick and easy Risotto

This is a great meal, any time of year but especially in winter. I've made variations of it with chicken, bacon and mushroom; a dash of curry paste, lamb or beef and some kumera. You could add any meat or add in some nuts at the end when you ad cheese and the butter. I've left the cheese out for my dairy free friends, like myself, before too.

Dutch Apple Cake - Recipe

I’m not 100% sure where this recipe originates from. But all I know is Mum makes it every Christmas in little care sized packages and every Easter to share and it’s great! It’s almost replaced fruit cake for our family. You can use any type of apples, gluten free flour and remove the nuts if allergic. It smells like autumn or Christmas as I imagine it to be in America with all the yummy spices.
